The purpose of “Ask OVAE” is to allow for a venue to submit questions to, and
receive answers from, the Office of Vocational and Adult Education via the Peer
Collaborative Resource Network. “Questions & Answers" is meant to address key
accountability issues and help states construct and determine performance under Perkins III.
This information is provided as a public service by DoE. It represents the Department's
best effort to provide useful information on Perkins III in a timely manner. DoE will update this material
as necessary to address circumstances.
