ABOUT US
The Peer Collaborative Resource Network (PCRN) is an internet-based forum that supports state-to-state communication, peer review, and resource sharing for improving state Perkins III accountability systems. The PCRN continues the work of the Data Quality Initiative and will offer resources to support the new Program Quality Initiative. The Office of Vocational and Adult Education has been working with states to develop this network as an arena for generating state discussion on accountability issues in vocational and technical education. This site also strives to provide resources and tools that directly support the four pillars of the President's education agenda: Focus on What Works, Reduce Bureaucracy and Increase Flexibility, Close the Achievement Gap, and Increase Options for Students.
